Anis Enters University!

Assalamualaikum, Anneyonghaseo blogpeeps. 

I'm blogging directly from my phone since I just downloaded the app. Yeayyy! *claps*

Alhamdulillah I've just entered the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology for both my foundation and degree. I'm enrolling for the Foundation in Built Environment leading to Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Interior Architecture. Another thing to be grateful is I'm also under the Sultan Ahmadshah Scholarship together with my bestie - Syahirah.

Its all been so sudden, so fast and I can't believe I'm in university now. I hope you guys will have your own rezeki too. InsyaAllah. 

Basically, I was very confused with choosing a Foundation in Design and Foundation in Built Environment. I've never really thought of myself as an Architect but what I do know is that I wanna become a professional practicing muslim in any field I'm about to take. So I dived unequipped to Built Environment, I felt like I was about to drown (over gila) but thank God for sending Mr. Saladin the Head of Design Innovation Department who helped me sort out the serabutness in my head. Allah bless him. I hope you'll read this one day, I'm struggling all I can to do this well, do pray for me. Okay? 

What I learned in my first few days here is, ASK IF YOU DONT KNOW. Once you're in University, you're own your own - but you can ask for help. As long as I've been here I got all the help I needed as long as you're willing to ask. They are good people out there, don't judge too easily (I'm very judgemental really) You'll be surprised that those who you've judged are actually good people and vice versa can happen too -.-' but that's life right?

Other than that, I learned to BE PATIENT, as GOOD THINGS COME WITH PATIENCE. Like what Allah said in Surah Al-Maarij :

فاصبر صبر جميل

Like yesterday, I didn't get to have lunch so I bertapa at the library because the class switched and was gonna be at 3 o'clock when we actually came real early at 8.30am but yeah if I'd just go on whining nothing would happen so I passed my time by watching Architecture videos and so on. I was tired, but Alhamdulillah once again berkat kesabaran as they say, Allah helped me during class he made me understand everything the Ms. Emma my History and Cultural Studies lecturer taught us despite of my tiredness. See? Heheheheh. That's it really. I'm hoping to enjoy this semester and doing the architecture diary and so on. Till then :)
